Mayfair Franchise was founded by Fahim Khan VFP, who is an expert in setting up franchise systems, financial modelling and negotiating franchise offerings.During his career as a franchise consultant, Fahim has had extensive franchising experience with brands around the world and has previously worked for one of the world's leading and largest franchise firms. While his personal passion is for helping smaller organisations to establish themselves in the franchise market, he is experienced working with businesses of all sizes up to an initial investment of US $500 million, and has been the lead franchise consultant creating franchise strategies that have sold for up to $160.6 million.
Fahim started his franchising career at the grassroots level of one of the largest and most successful franchises in the world, McDonald's, where he became the youngest manager of the region at the age of 17. As a result, his understanding of the franchising industry runs from top-level management and strategy all the way through to daily, on the ground operations, making for a clear and detailed vision of what leads to success and failure in franchise systems.
Having earned a Bachelor's degree in IT (with distinction) and a Masters Degree in Business Management, since then he has personally supported more than 60 international brands, with a total of 200 collective branches around the world, to either set up franchise systems or sell franchises.
He has experience with brands from the UK, Portugal, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Canada, Turkey, Mauritius and Hawaii, and has also worked in a range of industries. These include food and beverage, retail, education, health and beauty, spa and leisure, fitness and sport, water sports, theme parks and entertainment, spa and beauty, pet care, cleaning and property.
Fahim is accredited by The Quality Franchise Association as a Verified Franchise Professional. VFP accreditation requires holders to meet stringent criteria and demonstrates the holder's high level of franchising knowledge and expertise. The accreditation is approved after an assessment of the individual's background and experience, requiring them to show the ability to demonstrate franchising knowledge and skills attained through practical experience.
He is also a member of the Executive Board of Advisors of the company, Stochos.
